We offer flexible production options to support both emerging brands and established labels. Please review our wholesale order policy below for small to large scale manufacturing runs.

Minimum Order Requirements

    • Minimum Total Order: 200 pieces (mixed designs allowed)
    • Per Design Minimum: 50 pieces per design, per color
    • Per Design Minimum: 10 pieces per size

Example Breakdown:

If you are placing an order of 200 total pieces across 4 designs, each with 10 pieces per size, your request might look like this:

      • Style 1201: 3M, 6M, 9M, 12M, 18M – 10 pcs per size
      • Style 2302: 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T, 6T – 10 pcs per size
      • Style 1217: 3M, 6M, 9M, 12M, 18M, – 10 pcs per size
      • Style 4105: 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T, 6T – 10 pcs per size

Lead Times

    • Small-Scale Orders: 4-6 weeks after sample and materials are approved
    • Large-Scale Orders: 6-12 weeks depending on complexity and volume
    • Custom lead times may apply during peak production seasons

Fabric & Trim Sourcing

We offer a wide selection of high-quality fabrics and trims from trusted suppliers. Whether you’re looking for natural cottons, linens, silks, or specialty textiles, our sourcing team can help find the perfect match.

      • Access to local and international textile markets
      • Sustainable and organic fabric options available
      • Custom dyeing, printing, or embroidery upon request
      • Notions and trims including lace, buttons, zippers, ribbons, and more

Please Note:

      • Minimum fabric order is 1,500 yards per fabric type
      • Minimum ___ of buttons, zippers, ribbons, lace, etc. (pricing will differ depending on material)
      • Custom-dyed or specially woven fabrics may require higher minimums depending on suppliers specifications
      • Our team will guide you through sourcing options to best suit your design and production needs

 

Sample Development

Before we begin production, we help you visualize your final product with professional sampling services. We encourage feedback at every step to ensure your final products meets your expectations.

      • First sample (prototype) based on design references
      • Fit samples, size sets, and PP (pre-production) samples available
      • Sample lead time: 2-4 weeks depending on complexity
      • Unlimited communication and revisions available (fees may apply)

 

Labels & Tags

We include sewn-in label and size application, as part of your order, with provided design/information.

Your brand identity matters. We can help you create labels and packaging that elevate your products, based on your design, with the following (fees may vary):

      • Woven labels, printed labels, and  care labels
      • Custom hangtags with string/tack options
      • Custom size logo labels and stickers

From the first stitch to the final old, we uphold strict standards to ensure every piece we produce is made with care, craftsmanship, and consistency. We follow international quality assurance standards and tailor our inspections to your specific requirements
if needed.

 

Our Quality Control Process

We follow a multi-stage inspection process to deliver excellence in every order:

      • Raw Material Inspection

Before production begins, all fabrics, trims, and notions are carefully inspected for color consistency, quality, and defects.

      • In-Line Production Monitoring

Our production supervisors and quality control team regular checks during each stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring issues are caught early and corrections are made immediately.

      • Final Product Inspection:
        • Each garment is thoroughly reviewed for
        • Measurements are Specifications
        • Stitching Quality and Seam Strength
        • Print and Embroidery Precision
        • Color Consistency
        • Label and Tag Accuracy
        • Overall Finishing and Presentation

 

Apparel Manufacturing: Finishing Touches

Finishing is where craftsmanship truly shines. We take the extra steps to ensure your garments are retail-ready, polished, and professional. Our Finishing Services include:

      • Label Application

Brand labels and sizes are sewn in  securely as specified.

      • Thread Trimming & Cleaning

All loose threads are trimmed, and garments are cleaned to perfection before packing.

      • Pressing & Steaming

Every piece is carefully pressed or steamed to ensure it looks fresh and flawless.

      • Folding & Packing
        • Our standard packaging includes garments that are carefully steamed, neatly folded, and individually placed in poly bags.
        • Custom packaging and hang tags  tailored to specific client specifications are available upon request and incur additional fees.

Please Note: Custom packaging/hang tags does not mean your order will arrive fully assembled for retail display. We will include them separately with your shipment for you to assemble as needed.

Packing & Handling

      • All products are packed securely for safe transit
      • Standard packaging includes your clothing steamed and folded into poly bags
      • Custom hang tags and packaging (for retail purposes) will be shipped disassembled in a separate box alongside your order

 

FOB (Free On Board) 

Once your goods leave our facility, the responsibility for the shipment transfers to you or your appointed freight company.

 

Delivery Options

      • We can work directly with your preferred freight forwarder or logistics company.
      • Need help arranging shipping? Our team can coordinate trusted freight services on your behalf.
      • Air freight, sea freight, and express courier options are available depending on your timeline and volume.

 

Shipping Costs

      • Shipping costs are separate from production costs.
      • Final shipping quotes will be provided once your order is packed and weighed.

 

Lead Times for Shipping

      • Domestic Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days after dispatch
      • International Shipping: Estimated 7-30 business days depending on the method selected (air vs. sea freight) and destination.

Peak Season Notice: Please allow for additional transit time during peak holiday seasons or customs clearance periods.

 

Tracking & Updates

      • Once your shipment leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number and shipping documents via email.
      • Our team will continue to monitor your shipment and assist with any questions until it reaches your destination safely.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

      • Customs clearance fees, import duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
      • Please check with your local authorities to understand applicable import regulations before placing your order.

 

Damages & Claims

      • We carefully inspect and package every order before shipping.
      • If any damage occurs during transit, please contact your freight company directly to file a claim.
      • We will provide any necessary documentation to assist with your claim.
